Amarin Thai Cuisine offers a variety of appetizers and salads for lunch. Appetizers
Golden Tofu – $9
Served with sweet sauce and ground peanuts.
Curry Puffs – $12
Homemade Thai samosa stuffed with yellow curry taro, potatoes, corn, and onion. Served with cucumber salad.
Pot Stickers – $9.50
Deep fried rice pastry filled with chicken and vegetables. Served with home-made soy sauce.
Crunchy Imperial Rolls – $11.50
Vermicelli, cabbage, carrots, onions, and mushrooms. Served with a side salad and ground peanuts in house plum dipping sauce.
Satay Chicken or Beef – $12
Grilled skewered strips of marinated chicken breast/beef. Served with peanut curry sauce and cucumber salad.
Crispy Calamari – $14
Deep fried calamari served with a side salad and sweet sauce.
Amarin Fresh Veggy Rolls – $13.50
Fresh lettuce, avocado, mint, cilantro, cucumber, carrot, and garlic noodles wrapped in rice paper. Served with homemade sauces.
Grilled Prawns Skewer – $13
Rubbed with fresh garlic and Thai spices, served with house plum dip and a side salad.
Prawns Wrap’n Rolls (Goong Gra-Bog) – $14
Pepper garlic marinated shrimp wrapped in an eggroll shell. Served with Thai tempura veggies and sweet & sour sauce.
Amarin Sampling Platter – $18
Two pieces of each selected appetizer including tofu fried, beef satay, chicken satay, and spring rolls.

Green papaya, fresh garlic, tomatoes, steamed shrimps, and ground peanuts tossed in Thai time dressing.
Larb (Chicken Salad) – $13
Minced chicken tossed with mint, lemongrass, red onions, and cilantro, scallions, and chili flakes in Thai lime dressing.
Calamari Salad – $13
